the interview process started with them reaching out to me and having me fill out a form asking me deets about the level I am with other companies, my employment status etc. Then after I filled it they said they wanted to set up a phone call with me and they scheduled me on a certain and NO ONE CALLED ME ON THAT TIME. I prepared notes, did my diligent homework, researched the company thoroughly, and woke up early waiting for the SCHEDULED CALL that never happened. I think it was extremely unprofessional to bail on a scheduled call. You can ghost someone I guess AFTER you have called them or never scheduled it but just ghosting after asking for availability and scheduling a call is so unprofessional. I can only imagine the quality of work life the employees would have of a company that cares so much
