It was a two interview process that started with an initial phone screening process. The first in person interview was a lot about the company and helping them to get to know me. If it was a good fit, it went on to a second interview where they asked you more questions about yourself, told you more about the company/job.
First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.

Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
