I moved from a different state and looked online to find who was hiring. Submitted my application and resume and got a call back a few days later. The interview process was very straight-forward. When I reached to the in-person interview, I was interviewed by the COO and RVP. They made the environment feel very relaxed and made me feel comfortable being transparent. I was 1 of 6 applicants and got the offer a few weeks later.

Gave the company mission statement, Interview two times which I felt was extra. Met with the Sales and Marketing directors. Gave a slideshow of the company and how it works which as misleading.

Pretty easy questions, really nice people! Quick process. Had one interview and was brought in the next day to meet with the HR Director for a second interview. The HR Director had more challenging questions.
