Very thorough testing process, it was a bit intimidating but I guess I passed! Relaxed in-person interview, not stuffy at all - it was laidback enough that I felt comfortable and was able to be myself.

This was a 3 step process. After submitting the application I was contacted by the recruiter (mind you I had a direct reference, so that got my the link up..the company highly values internal references), then I was interviewed by the recruiter, I took 2 knowledge tests (have to pass both to move on...)I then was interviewed by the head recruitment officer, then I was interviewed by the position manager and direct supervisor.
