I have been referred by an Employee of PowerSchool. After 2 weeks, they asked me to attend the interview. I had Coding Test and then 2 Technical rounds. It was around 6.30PM when I have completed the technical rounds. They told me that I have cleared all the technical rounds and they will get back to me once the manager and HR are available for Managerial round and HR discussion. But I didn't get any call from them. After 2 weeks, I got to know that My profile was missing in their list, that is the reason I didn't get call from them. Because of their mistake I had to waste my time. I lost all hopes.

Most of the questions were related to Manual testing, Selenium and Java

We are in the process of updating our internal processes in order to make improvements with our overall candidate experience. Our goal is to become more metrics driven in order to eliminate some of these errors that might've been experienced and a hindrance in the past.
