Interviewer was cool and asking about the current role and it went on. Attitude he carried or the way he confused and refusing to take up the answers was utter non-sense. Better don't conduct interviews if you have already selected a candidate and don't waste our time.

Worst and unprofessional are the only words that comes to my mind when i think of pramati interview process.interviews are not scheduled they inform you on fly ,even after clearing all the rounds HR is not willing to give the job offer..money minded people..i suggest other people not to waste time by attending interview with them..after clearing 5 rounds HR had no reason to reject me but still they did..they just conduct fake interviews as they are not clear on requirement and budget..HR is too ignorant / lazy/dumb to update the status of interview whether candidate is selected or not..

HR from Hyderabad called me and scheduled a discussion. I went early and had a single round of discsussion . It just lasted for 10 minutes. It was just a discussion, Just my previous employment and how early i can join them. Tell me about your current project.
