This was a virtual interview. There were two individuals interviewing. The manager explained the position and the day to day tasks. They then proceeded to ask questions about my past work experience. Very straightforward.
Hirevue (TEXT ONLY, no time limit, general HR questions) followed by a Video interview. The process was straightforward. follow typical STAR method for answers. (disregard the following: these are filler words added to make the 30 word min for posting this review.)

Some technical questions, other questions were behavioral questions. They also asked the strengths and weakness questions but a very relaxed and conversational interview. One person interviewed and cared to make it a comfortable conversation

Straightforward. Understand reason behind job application and what value can you bring to the team. Discussed the aviation industry and previous experience and roles and responsibilities. Overall a pleasant interview experience.
