general questions were asked, such as how I handled a difficult task, how I handled being alone and managing multiple tasks, how I tackled tasks whilst a high pressure due to busy store, how I kept the environment safe.

What was one of the positive interactions you had with a customer and why?
It was ok however there are a lot of improvements needed within the interview process. It didn’t run very smoothly as there were a lot of interruptions, other than that it was fine.

Completed a test prior to being offered the interview. Interviews asked the usual interview questions. Interview wasn’t incredibly formal, makes sense based on the store. Ended up being turned down. Staff seemed nice, interview was pretty easy otherwise.
