I was interviewed by the owner and director. Both seemed extremely sweet but desperate for me to take the job. They have had a lot of turnover with teachers and needed someone to start immediately. I took the job after negotiations on pay and started a few days later. The interview maybe lasted 15 minutes.

In person, on-site, first interview with an administrator and then with the owner of the center. Was given a paper to fill up details including work experience, education, and salary expectation.
