At the Minnetonka location, they were very welcoming, easy to talk to and ask questions. They seemed very interested in what I had to say. It did not feel rushed and it was not repeatedly interrupted. I really liked the job and location, but the benefits package wasn't enough for me.

The interview was ok. I wasn't asked extremely difficult questions. Just what I'd bring to the company, my experience, how I'd handle disciplinary decisions, etc. I would say the interview process was pretty easy to get through, but that also depends on the interviewer as well.
