Very easy. On the phone, the recruiter asked me a few questions about my resume. Mostly focusing on the skills section. Then, 2 people specializing in the role I applied for interviewed me. It was kind of intimidating only because (after meeting them) that's just the kind of people they are. Totally friendly after all.

After selection from applications, completed a Hogan Personality Assesment, then did a prerecorded interview. It was very convenient, able to complete it on my own time and could stop and begin again at a later time. I had plenty of time to consider the questions and form my answers and 3 tries to record my response. On-demand support for the actual interview website (Modern Hire) was lacking, however.

Interview process wasn't too bad. The employees and HR dept. are very helpful and friendly. They ask about your past projects and generic interview questions. Online questionnaire and then on-site interview. Having a family connection to the company probably helps.

Nothing out of the norm. Asked basic questions that you would expect in any interview. The people seemed very professional. Talked about the company and the business culture.
