Had a phone screening with HR and then went in for a department interview. Interviewed with two department level managers. They talked about the position and then asked me questions. They were both very nice and answered all of my questions. I received a call from HR the following day with a job offer.

The interview process is what really hooked me on The Principal- I loved how excited they were about me, and what I brought to the table. They didn't waste my time and were always transparent about timelines. I appreciated knowing I was being reviewed by and individual and not a computer program. The recruiter and hiring leader I encountered were incredibly personable and remembered small talk details from earlier email exchanges/interviews.
