It took a while to process my application from the start. After the exam, it took about a month to get the result. After that I had to take an online personality test and answer a supplemental data sheet. Then it took about 2 weeks to get the results. After that, I got called in for my first interview. Got called in for the second interview later that day, and for the 3rd interview the following day. As for the final result, I had to wait for 3 weeks to get the offer.

Very smooth. Loved how she guided me through the interview in the start. Made me feel respected and I would love to work for them. Waiting for my 2nd interview.
