Initially there was a quant mcq assessment, followed by behavioral assessment, then puzzle assessment. Then if one passes all the rounds and have an exceptional resume as per the job description they are called for interviews. There are 2 rounds of interviews. You'll hear back after 2-3 weeks. First round being 40-45 mins behavioral questions, followed by 15-20 mins of situational questions. You'll hear back after 1-2 weeks. 2nd round will be of 45 mins behavioral, 20-25 mins situational questions, then 20-25 mins technical round. Then you hear back after 2-3 weeks.

First round was 1 hour behavioral questions. They looking for someone who can provide diverse examples of when you worked in a team, you automated something, reduced time, resolved conflict, a time where you worked under pressure, a time where you faced a challenging situation, etc. After several of my follow ups got ghosted, i got an automated rejection 3.5 weeks later.
