The interview process was moderately average. Start of with asking basic questions revolving around your position, and then going deeper into previous work you have done and even deeper into some projects.

Colloquio
1) Phone call Interview with basic questions about resume
2) On site interview with CEO Dr. Butt
3) On site interview with lab members and other directors
Phone call interview was pretty easy and casual, just know your resume very well.
Second on site interview consisted of talking about my past research and future plans and mostly they give you a tour of the facility and what they do.
third on site interview consisted of meeting with other lab members and who you are as a person, what you do for fun etc.
