I got denied after interviewing for a job I was overqualified for. I went through an extensive interview process, (60 minute phone interview and 75 minute in person panel interview), making sure to incorporate the STAR answer method in response to their questions. I have 8 years of Claims Adjusting experience, and this was basically a front desk position, answering phones and processing Total Loss paperwork. I answered all of the questions well, but the amount of detail they wanted in each answer was ridiculous, especially for the position at hand. The job didn’t even require a college degree, which I have. If they thought I was overqualified in the first place, why did they bother interviewing me? Screw this overrated organization. And as for Flo? Well you know where she can go.

Pretty easy. Used STAR method, which was new to me. But after researching, it actually made a lot of sense why they did it that way. There was also a recorded video portion as well.

Horrible! An assessment, then a one way interview. After that you interview with a recruiter. Keep in mind this is for a low paying, entry level role. After all this stress and hours of prep work and a month long process you get a rejection. I would not advise anyone to go through this process. It is basically just a call center job. USAA pays more and is better.
