Then I met the HR rep who offered me the job and explained the terms of my hire. It was a fairly simple interview process and encouraged me about my future at this job.

I had three interviews and didn't get the position. I was told that I was a great fit but they found someone who was better qualified to answer the phone. I have over ten years of experience in call centers/ customer service. I'll never waste my time with them again.
