They have a through yet rewarding selection process compound of 6 steps. First you send your resume and if you seem to be a good fit for the role they invite you to an inicial interview. In this interview they assess your level of English and go through your resume. If moving on, they send you a technical assessment to solve. If done well, you move to a cultural fit interview to see how your work style fits the way in which the company operates. Then, if you pass it, they move you to the next level which is another technical assessment guided by a Manager Accountant. If you pass it, you've reached the final step which is a case challenge in which you have to deliver a presentation to the hiring team on a specific given topic.
