      Colloquio

      I'm not sure about all the positive reviews here, but I do know that they don't care about prospective employee time. 3 personality tests and 3 sets of interviews. First with a third-party recruiter for an hour, then with the head of talent for another hour, then a THREE-hour in-person interview with a hiring manager (that was more concerned with my previous salary than he was with my actual selling skills), a potential team member (this was his first job out of college), and the trainer (who was wonderful). Everything was great until I followed up 2 weeks of silence later - They told me to reach out to the third-party recruiter (who is also wonderful). Long story short, I wasted the equivalent of a whole day with these people, including driving to and from the office and sending EVERY separate person (4 people) a thank you note, and they didn't even have the courtesy to reject me with a pre-loaded email from the company. Don't waste your time with people who do not value it. *Editor's note: Most everyone I spoke to up to and including the interview actually seem like great people. My main complaint is the follow-up protocol after attending an in-person interview*
