The process was overall very smooth and flexible. The first interview was strictly behavioral and lasted 30 minutes. The second round interview involved a small case where the interviewer gave me a handout to read and then we discussed it. I analyzed a process flow and identified potential drivers of the issues the client was facing.

I would say the process flow case was 'most' difficult but I wouldn't say it was at all very challenging.
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
