Interview process was in depth. Multiple rounds of interviews took place in the office. It started with senior level consultants and worked its way through management and then managing directors. Most of the interviews were more behavioral, however a few were technical. The end of the day consisted of a case study and presentation to the rest of the office. It was a fairly rigorous process overall but only consisted of a single day. Best to be prepared on the firm's values and core competencies before coming in to show that you are a good culture fit.

Questions asked for both rounds seemed to be mainly culture fit and asking about past intern experiences. Interviewers were nice and were happy to answer any questions you had on the role. Though, expectedly the second round was slightly tougher. The questions weren't tough but just the intensity of having to think on your feet.
