Easy recruiter reached out to me and scheduled and interview. Interview was one behavioral and one technical with the case study emailed the night before. Both interviewers were really nice and easy to talk to

Basic behavioral questions and technical was just walking through the case study.
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
