I applied on-live and got a phone screening a few days later. Then, after the screening I was asked if I'd like to scheduled an appointment for an interview. I did and a couple of days later I was there. Nice and easy, the way it should be.

Why did you leave your other job? (In my case it was justified and the interviewer was very sympathetic.) How much experience; What shift would you like if given a choice; Any problem dealing with the nasty stuff? (blood, urine, etc.) Are you going to be there???
