The online assessment centre was the last stage before receiving a job offer. for media buying there were 3 roles available - AV, Display, OOH - they chose which one we were the best fit for across all Publicis agencies. What the interview consisted of: - 1 group task (they provided us with the brief prior to the assessment centre so we could prep) - 2 individual interviews - a maths test with a calculator For the group task, they were judging you based not only on what you prepped, but more importantly how you are interacting with the other applicants. Both interviewers asked me the exact same questions so both the interviews were the same just different interviews/ assessors. I was definitely most nervous for the maths test but it really was not challenging - it was not timed as it was on a google form. Out of the 20 questions only the last two were problem solving type. the other questions were like "write 32 out of 100 as a) a decimal b) fraction in its simplest form c) a percentage".
