Colloquio
The interview process involved a telephone discussion with the HR representative followed by a meeting with the direct manager. It was a very comfortable interview, fairly casual. There were prepared questions to answer. Good explanations of the job description were given and the employers expectations of the role. There was a follow up interview with a senior manager as well.
