My interview experience with this company was disappointing. The initial conversation, framed as a pre-interview, focused largely on the interviewer sharing concerns about previous staff rather than discussing the role or my qualifications. This lasted nearly two hours and left little time for meaningful dialogue. In the follow-up interview, much of the same discussion was repeated. When I mentioned that I had another interview earlier that day, I was told it seemed as though I was treating this company as a backup option. Overall, I felt the process placed more emphasis on questioning my commitment rather than exploring whether there was a good mutual fit. For me, the experience raised concerns about the company’s culture and approach to recruitment. I believe interviews should be a balanced, professional exchange where both sides can evaluate fit.
