It was cool and a good experience. Actually the whole interview process lasted for 2 hours with two different panels. Questions were mostly Process oriented and methodologies involved. Truly speaking, not that tough.
first step: phone interview (basic questions); second step: English language and finance knowledge tests; tasks to do within group of people in front of managers; interview with managers (basic questions and Excel test)
Primero una entrevista grupal, luego una serie de preguntas de modo individual y luego un examen contable y de inglés.
No me parecio complejo, las personas que hacian las entrevistas te hacian sentir comodo/a.

El proceso constaba de tres etapas, en la primera un examen técnico de inglés y contabilidad, luego una entrevista grupal para presentarse cada uno y finalmente una entrevista personal con rrhh.
