I received a quick response after submitting my CV and an interview was set up immediately. The recruitment officer gave clear instructions on the logistics of the interview. The managers I met with were very approachable and the whole interview was relaxed and a positive experience.
Had a in-person interview - One with an audit manager and an audit Partner. It was a University recruiting process. The interview was mainly conversational and get to know type of questions

Il processo di selezione si è strutturato con presentazione individuale, test di inglese e business case di gruppo da risolvere e presentate. Dopo di che si è proceduto al colloquio individuale di tipo motivazionale e tecnico con domande per lo più relative agli schemi di bilancio e tassazione.

Phone interview first with recruiter. 2nd interview in person with senior and manager at office. One last interview over webcam with director. The 2nd and 3rd interview were exactly the same just with different people.
