the organisation does not care. the entire process was a mess because the candidates were not given access to any material sent to prepare for the interview. no response from the recruitment team as well even after reaching out to them 5 days before the interview
online test- video interview-assessment centre- partner interview, and this is the whole process they use during the interview. The interview is quite clear, every part has people to guide you.
Whole day assessment centre with group case study and interview. Group activity was easy but be careful about time limit. Individual interview was mostly behavioural questions and it was very short about 30 min.

Group case + Partner interview. Not overly technical. Found out they were interviewing for this team but didn't have an open position from people I know internally. Obviously got declined however got a referral to get fast tracked to final round for another team for the next recruitment cycle.
