This was followed by a first-round behavioral interview with a senior associate. The final round was a series of back-to-back interviews with managers and partners. They focused heavily on behavioral questions using the STAR method, and asked about teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. Overall, the process was professional and took about two weeks.
