The interview process was very well organized. The initial group interview gave good background information about the company as a whole and what to expect as a new employee. It provided a plant tour and information about the job functions and work schedules. It also went into detail possible career paths within the organization. Next was the individual interview with employment services. This is where they decide if you are a good fit for the company. If your skills match the job, they will conduct the drug test, physical test, and background check.

Colloquio
Once filling out application online I was contacted and a appointment was set up.
I was questioned about all past experiences and about how good I would be with working as a team.
With that being said I was hired and went through orientation and pretty much on the floor in no time.
People I worked with were great!
We as employees of the company itself works lots of long 12 hour shifts and you need to embrace the Quad culture and not have attitude and you will and can go far.
