Colloquio
I applied online. I was contacted very quickly after to schedule a 30-minute phone screen interview. I worked with a team of recruiters who were all very friendly and eager to help me learn about the company. I was offered a position, and HR claimed I was part of the 5% that are made offers for this position. The process was very quick and they wanted me to work as soon as possible. I was hesitant of the work-life balance and the location, so I declined.

When did you know you were interested in a career in sales?

Colloquio
It takes a couple weeks (or months in come cases) to hear back from Qualtrics after initially applying. The recruiter is kind, energetic, and works as an advocate for you in the process.
The second round consists of two video interviews with Sales Managers and they run through a predetermined list of 15 questions that are somehow "scaled" on a rubric, but the questions were "describe a time when..." or "what is the most impressive thing you've accomplished" Not sure how you scale that...
The format of 15 pre-determined questions made one of the interviews miserable. The hiring manager had terrible body language (slouching, was barely on the video screen, didn't look at the camera) and simply rolled through the questions without expressing any interest in me as a candidate. It was disappointing after having some great interactions with Qualtrics.
All the questions they ask are listed in Glassdoor interview reviews.

First contacted by a Qualtrics recruiter and invited to apply. Did so and set up phone interview. They are VERY unprofessional. They missed two scheduled interviews. I gave them a third chance. Typical interview: Tell us about your experience and interest in sales. The last question I have never had before: What is your current GPA and what was your ACT score. I took the ACTs over 10 years ago and I don't understand the relevance. After the interview was over I pieced it together. One statement the interviewer made was how intelligent their people are. I was judged based on my GPA and ACT score instead of my hard work ethic, I work full-time to provide for a family while going to school. So you better have a high GPA and ACT/SAT score or they won't give you the time of day.
