After sending in your application you get an email to choose a time for your interview. You register on a website on which they conduct their interviews. You get assigned and interviewer and just log on at the required time as scheduled beforehand (you get to choose a time slot that suits you).

it was great and the interviewer made me feel comfortable, so I applied, got an interview then I got an offer. The internship was virtual so I was working with people in different areas
