Five round of interviews including the recruiter screen. Had a take home assignment with dummy data and had to put together an example presentation to share during one of the interviews. During the last interview, the COO said the next step was for them to “convince the CEO that they need to hire this role.” This was completely unprofessional as I had just wasted more than six hours in the process. I couldn’t believe it wasn’t approved before they started hiring.

I think this is the worst first stage call I've ever taken. The recruiter had really poor people skills and put me on the back foot from the outset. I would not continue exploring this opportunity after such a bad first impression. It's a shame for potential new employees as the staff reviews are quite good, but this could scare off a lot of candidates

Difficult questions but friendly people, may throw curveball questions, need to be on top of those. Overall average experience. Screening call was good. They send an assessment over that is very straightforward and easy to answer.
