First, they conducted a phone screening after I applied online. Then, in a panel face to face interview, they asked a few behavioral based questions but more technical questions. Know and be prepared to discuss programs you are proficient with and lean manufacturing techniques.

The interview was conducted online. First we went over work history and experience. Then, standard boilerplate soft skill questions were asked, with nothing particularly tough. Technical portion of the interview went over GD&T concepts and manufacturing processes. Total time was 40 minutes.

It was a Teams call with a program manager that managed 40 other engineers across the globe. The interview was about 1 hour long. She asked me about the cycle time reduction results I had listed on my resume, what was the biggest problem I faced as a manufacturing engineer and if I have ever heard of Quest global.
