30 minute teams call which gave me a great insight into the company and clearly outlined the role, I was excited to receive a second face to face interview which took place on site with the Operations Director who was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. The interview included proficiency based questions but was also another opportunity for me to understand the companies culture and the potential future opportunities for both personal and business growth. I felt like this family run business really care about employees and offered some great company benefits. I was made a job offer after the interview which I sadly had to declined due to a change in my family circumstances, I would have loved to have joined this team.
