Recently, I had the opportunity to interview for a position at Quick Sell. The process included three rounds of technical interviews, each designed to assess different aspects of my skills and expertise. The final round was conducted by the CTO, which made the experience even more insightful.
The session involved a mix of technical discussions about my previous projects and a frontend challenge, which had to be completed in just 20 minutes. I managed to complete part of it, but the session was cut short as the CTO had other commitments.
While the interviews went smoothly overall, I have not yet received any follow-up or updates regarding the next steps. Regardless of the outcome, the process was a valuable learning experience, and I remain hopeful about the opportunities ahead

Domanda 1
The final round at Quick Sell, conducted by the CTO, focused on my projects and a frontend challenge. The task was to create a dashboard where users could upload 4-5 pictures. If an upload failed, the system had to retry after 3 seconds, and if it still failed, an error icon would appear.

The interview process is completely messed up. They initially reached out to me and shared the assignment to design a simple counter app. Looking at the quality of assignment and the areas on which it was focusing, I told them that I won't be a good fit for this particular role. A month later, they reached out again and told me that they've now done away with that assignment and would now want to do a technical interview directly (I think they might have done it as no one would have attempted their assignment). However, during the technical interview, just after the introduction the interviewer told me to do the same assignment that was previously shared.
My suggestion to this company would be to improve their interview process by keeping something relevant to the role rather than an unnecessary counter thing that they've been doing for a while now.
