The process took about a week. I applied online, received a call to go into the main office on Thursday for the math screening. After I passed, the receptionist asked me to return Tuesday for the interview with a recruiter. Received a phone call on Friday with a job offer. You will know if they're interested b/c they'll give you a coupon & letter for a free drink.

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
