Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn to discuss, schedules a call very far out (1.5 weeks). During the call, she offers to setup another call with one of the engineering staff. I specifically asked whether this would be a behavioral interview, and she said no, it would be strictly for informational purposes and for me to find out more about the roles. It turns out that was totally inaccurate, it was actually a behavioral interview, which I was not prepared at all for. I received an email later from the recruiter letting me know that they didn't think it was a good fit. Advice to recruiter: Properly set expectations, e.g. a simple "be prepared to answer questions about your interests and your experience" would have been a sufficient hint.

Phone interview with hiring manager after a introductory phone call with a recruiter. Both calls were video calls and very relaxed. Hiring manager was a dweeb other than that good.
