After seeing ads on Linked in Glassdoor and Indeed I applied for this position and RRD's Talent Acquisition Recruiter reached out and screened me to fill this position for the Phoenix office. I interview with one Manager through a video conference and was unsuccessful, however, the same recruiter sent me for an interview with another Manager within RRD through video conference and it went well and I got the job. Most of the questions were based on my skills and experience. Not so much qualifications. Always be prepared for questions that may put you on the spot. Sell your skills and how you would handle irate clients, co-workers, and sell your communication skills with emails, and phones.
