Colloquio
I have been to two interviews. One is for HR which is pretty quick, and the HR is engaging too. The next is for the Director, which lasted for more than an hour because we have a lot of things to talk about (behavioral questions, then the Director discussed the possible projects that they can offer).
The initial interview process was thorough. I was interviewed by several individuals who asked good questions to get to know me and to determine whether I would be a good fit for upcoming consulting roles.
