Met with the Operational Manager and HR Manager from the Group who were both incredibly polite and friendly as well as very knowledgeable of their role and the organisation. Interview was initially an informal meeting to check understanding and suitability before having a more formal interview at the Group. Both were enjoyable experiences and were carried out in a very professional format and manner.
