Applied online. Received an email from a recruiter about doing a quick phone interview.
Recruiter basically just read off a script and didn't really take the time to answer specific questions such as the high turnover at the company, benefits, job duties, etc.
Seemed clueless about the position. Kept pushing the aptitude test that is mandatory (seems outdated considering the level of position I was applying for).
The Glassdoor reviews about steering clear of this company are accurate.
I spoke to HR, the person who would be my boss, and the CEO. There was a total of 3 interviews before I signed. It was fairly straightforward and we all wanted to determine if we were a good fit for each other.
There were two interviews and a two online exams. These were all conducted in the Raleigh office. The interviews were standard behavioral interviews and the exams were a mix of personality and IQ based.

The process begins with a phone call to answer basic questions. Then the process moves to testing in the office and in-person interviews over at least 2 visits. The testing is extensive involving grammar, IQ, and situational/behavioral exercises.
