Process begins with application phase to put in CV and cover letter.After this stage is assessment day divided into 1) group phase- where you talk in a group about a specific project. Study some elements of the project on their website such as the tools they use 2) Individual assessment: This is a technical assessment that is based on the activities carried out by the organisation 3) Interview- normal interview questions

The interview process started with CV selection and then followed by short online Interview. The interview was taken by one senior person of the company accompined by Team Lead. Pattern of the interview question consist of mix of technical and non technical questions
