One on campus interview, behavioral interview. Interview was with a new partner in the firm. Really easy going, they just really wanted to get to know me and see if I might fit into their culture.
It was conducted by one of the talent acquisition officer and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The interview was to get to know the candidate and to see if they are the perfect fit for the role
- Friendly, more of a casual conversation
- General qns on why u want to join the firm, prior experience etc, and will share abt culture here as well
- One stage interview
30 minutes interview with specific department intern supervisor, asked the usual questions like what is your career aspirations, why RSM and explained how the internship works. Was quite manageable and expected
