I had 2 interviews that were 30 minutes each and they were back to back. Managers conducted the interviews and they wanted to know about me for the first 5 minutes and then had me ask them questions about the job.

The interview process was very simple and completely behavioral. You’ll have an initial phone screening with a recruiter and then two 30 minute interviews with a manager and director or partner.
