Started off with a phone interview and 2 weeks later was flown up to headquarters for an on-sight interview. Wonderful facilities and a tremendous group of talented individuals.
Was introduced as behavioral but was fairly technical. Asked a few technical questions about subjects of your choice. Discussed past experiences from my resume and what I would do in other technical scenarios.

Super easy, hired as a contractor before being as a full time employee. Regular onboarding: tons of paperwork, background checks.
Took about a week to get all details ironed out before being thrown into the deep end. Peers more than willing to help out with the getting up to speed.
