My first interview was a two way exchange of information, where I described how my experience fit their needs, and in turn they described the nature of the job. The second interview, was more of a greater description of the complexities of the job, and my opportunity to describe how could I meet them. I was hired after this.

While the wait for an interview was a bit long, the interview was pleasant and professional enough. The panel seemed to enjoy the time they had with me and made a joke or two. No crazy questions or anything that was out of the ordinary.

Applied on-line for one job, was called later by an HR person asking if I was interested in a different position. Conducted phone interview with hiring manager then they requested face to face interview which was conducted with hiring manager, business area performing manager, and site vice president. Two months later was presented with offer and given essentially five days to accept.
