The process was very interesting and direct to the point. I had a phone scanning, first interview, a technical test, and final round interview. I was not selected in the end, but the question were at same time technical and basic. The technical test involved a study case to estimate availability using excel within one hour. Not hard, but demanded a bit of fundamental and extra eye on details to not miss any variable or command from the exercise. I believe I failed because of that.
