I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Radical IT Solutions pvt ltd.(Hyderabad) in August 2014.The process was simple and they enquired about your details in resume and asked me to explain my projects in technical interview.HR interview was normal and they asked about the job willing location

There is one technical discussion, if they happy give form you fill followed by HR, maximum they will try to recruit with all options, question from basic MVC and oops.
